One of the reasons my clients come to see me is to refinance their ARM mortgages. They do not want to "gamble" with their futures.Their ARM interest rates have already gone up and their payments have already gone up. They want to refinance into 30 year fixed mortgages.
Some of my clients have paid cash uprfront to refinance their ARMS because they believe that it is better to spend some cash now than not be able to pay their mortgage payments later.
ARM mortages have made these clients nervous and worried. These clients do not want to gamble with their futures nor their homes.
30 year fixed rates are low now. Refinancing is still available even though house values are depreciating in many areas. My clients do not want to gamble and wait for interest rates to go any lower becausse their house value could go lower also. That could eliminate from them taking advantage of a refiance.
So if you do not want to gamble with your future please give me a call now. Don't wait and count on lower interest rates. If you do you may not be able to take advantage of these lower rates because your house value has depreciated.
