A support group that is responsive to your needs as a family caregiver.
Caregiving can be complicated, rewarding, frustrating, and almost always stressful. Responsibilities often interrupt or postpone professional goals, personal plans and can limit time with other family and friends. If you are feeling overwhelmed while caring for an elderly and frail relative, this support group is for you. Groups are available other evenings and Saturdays.
