Sister Nancy Hoffman, senior vice president of mission and ministry for Greenwood Village-based Centura Health, is celebrating 50 years as a Sister of Charity of Cincinnati, Ohio on Friday, Sept. 8.

Sr. Nancy Hoffman joined Centura Health in January 1996. She previously was director of Pastoral Care and Customer Support Services for St. Anthony Hospitals in Denver, Colo.

Sr. Nancy has served in a variety of elected leadership positions for the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati. She is highly regarded for her work in teaching, church and hospital ministry. Sr. Nancy has been an organizational consultant for a variety of faith-based institutions, has designed education and training programs and has facilitated conferences for national organizations. Widely known, respected and admired by her peers, Sr. Nancy continues to be called on for advice and is an inspiration to many.

The Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati is an apostolic Catholic women's religious community that exists to carry out the Gospel of Jesus Christ through service and prayer in the world.
