The opportunity to perform in extreme athletic events brought Bob Maiocco out to Colorado from New Hampshire 19 years ago. Bob started his real estate career in Crested Butte where he sold everything from condos to mountain ranches to luxury homes. Through the 1990s, he sold hundreds of new homes, accrued extensive experience in mortgages and had some experience with commercial real estate. Bob moved to Denver in 2001 and most recently was the top-producer with Benchmark Realty.
