Charlie Cockriel
received the Agency Hands in the Community award for his commitment to volunteering in the community. With this award comes a $500 grant from The Allstate Foundation for the American Indian College Fund where Cockriel volunteers.
“Allstate believes that it is very important for corporations to take an active interest in the communities they serve. Allstate is proud to support such a worthwhile cause through The Allstate Foundation,” said Jeff Kaufman, vice president for Allstate’s West Central Region. “The grant from the Allstate Foundation will provide much needed support for the work of the American Indian College Fund.
Through the “Agency Hands in the Community” grant program, Allstate agents and financial specialists are recognized for outstanding commitment to community service with a $500 donation to the charitable organization where they volunteer. To qualify for the grant, Agents or Personal Financial Representatives must show evidence of volunteer work that has had a positive impact on the local community.
Cockriel is matching the Agency Hands grant with a personal donation of $500, awarding the American Indian College Fund a total of $1,000.
Established in 1952, The Allstate Foundation is an independent corporation funded by contributions from the Allstate Insurance Company. Grants are awarded to non-profit organizations that seek to improve the quality of life in communities across the country.
Allstate Insurance Company’s West Central Region supports a network of agencies that serve households in the states of Colorado, Missouri, Kansas, Wyoming, Montana, Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota. These agencies provide a large variety of insurance and financial products. Agents and employees of the West Central Region have a long, proud history of supporting the communities where they live and do business through volunteerism and charitable contributions.
