Denver Water is seeking a Suburban Customer Representative for its Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC). The CAC is the 10-member volunteer action committee that advises Denver Water staff and the Board of Water Commissioners on a variety of issues while encouraging and coordinating public participation in the water department's policy-making process.
Denver Water's Citizens Advisory Committee typically meets the third Thursday of each month, 5-7 p.m., in the Board Room at Denver Water, 1600 West 12th Ave.
This is a volunteer position. To qualify for the Suburban Customer Representative position, an applicant must reside in the suburbs of Denver, be a Denver Water customer and have been a resident of Colorado for at least five years. The position is a three-year term that will begin this fall.
