Cherry Creek girls basketball and 'Think Pink'
Contributed by: Patrick Miller on 2/16/2008

The Cherry Creek High School Girls' Basketball program participated in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association "Think Pink" Campaign Friday night, February 15th, in a unified effort to raise breast cancer awareness on the court, across campuses, in communities and beyond. In front of a crowd of over 300 fans, the girls wore pink warm-up shirts, socks and ribbons and raised funds to benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation. The Cherry Creek girls' varsity team is presently in first place in the Centennial League with an overall record of 15-5.
