Tonight's the night for the big Obama Health Care Reform Infomercial hosted by Billy Mays, cleverly disguised as Charlie Gibson of ABC News. (Which is tragic in itself)
The Prez will claim this will be the grand solution to fixing...what ain't broke...the best healthcare system in the world. Can it be made better? Yes.
But not this way. What is "This Way?"
1. How do you feel about your healthcare benefits being subject to tax by the IRS?
2. How do you feel about labor union members being excempted from those same taxes?
3. How do you feel about some bureaucrat in Washington, DC, in some cube, deciding what doctor you get to see, where and when you get health care, and frankly, if you're seriously ill, whether you live or die?
Government Motors and Crapler are already prime examples of what happens when the Obama gang tries to "fix" things. Neither company will be around within two years. Like the suit guy on TV..."I guarantee it."
Anyways, just some of the fine print you won't see the Prez talk about tonight.
