Ranch Ramblings with Bernie Greenberg
Do you often wonder why life is the way it seems to be? I do too and here is where I'll post some of my musings and comments from time to time. I'll cover topics like estate planning; tax issues; politics, common courtesy and PC topics like how tolerance may have become a modern character flaw. I might even rant from time to time and we can see where that leads.

Middle school adventures at Wolf Wellness Day

I recently enjoyed the honor of being one of the speakers at Wolf Wellness Day for Ranch View Middle School. It was quite a day.
The mascot of RVMS is the Wolf. I didn't know this at first, as I thought that Wolf Wellness Day was named after some famous person with the last name of Wolf. My mistake, as the students at Ranch View straightened me out. Those wolves can really howl!
Anyway, my point here is that our future is bright if the students at Ranch View are representative of the adults of tomorrow. They are engaged, intelligent and willing to learn; all things that we don't hear enough about.
And probably more important, these young people have big dreams. Dreams like becoming doctors, vet's, pilots, teachers, professional athletes and millionaires. Those are all big dreams and one of my messages to these kids was about how to go after their dreams.
I encourage you, if you are at all discouraged about the state of our youth, to go over to Ranch View and spend some time with the wolves. You might, like I did, leave feeling pretty excited about our future.
Go Wolves!
