I read today that the election machines we're supposed to use in November, 08 have been decertied. Because they won't work.
AFTER we spent millions of dollars on them.
This is nothing new to Coloradans. Just ask folks trying to apply for food stamps. The computer system doesn't work for that either.
Truth be known, many of the state's computer systems either don't work, or don't communicate with each other. Or are used for other business than state business.
In corporate life, this isn't tolerated. In state government, it almost appears to be encouraged. Because they keep on spending millions of dollars for systems that don't work.
Time to reboot the system, and boot the people in charge right in the hard drive.
