Next year all of the House of Representatives and 1/3 of the Senate are up for re-election.

Regardless of your party affiliation, here's something to keep in mind.

Unlike us, none of THEM pay Social Security. That's because they don't get Social Security.

They have a "Pension." Some long termers end up getting millions of dollars in benefits. Which I'm guessing is more than you'll be getting.

Unfair? You're darn right.

Write, e-mail or call your local representative's office and ask them one simple question:

"Would you be willing to accept the same Social Security System I do, or would you provide me the same benefits YOU get?"

Cast your vote based on their answer. If you get one.
