Both parties are well into their spin cycles are last night's election results in New Jersey, Virginia and New York. GOPhad big wins in Virginia and New Jersey, the Dems hung on to New York 23.
Blah, Blah, Blah.
Here's what I've figured out. Next year's 'Off Year" elections will be the year of the Independant. Independant candidates and more importantly, independant voters. They might not win a lot of seats, but they'll have a big role in deciding who does.
A new tent is going up, and there's room enough for bulk of the nation. The Republicans screwed themselves earlier, the Democrats are screwing themselves right now. (Along with all of us)
It's obvious politicians didn't listen to what they heard at August's Town Hall Meetings. They didn't hear that constituents of both parties are as mad as hell, and, well, you know the rest.
All House Seats are up next year along with 1/3 of the Senate, and not a darn one is safe. Any politician who believes otherwise does so at their own peril.
Which is just fine with me.
