Chatfield State Park is looking for Junior Naturalists! Discover the natural world through games, stories, and other hands on activities. Children ages 6 -12 are invited to join the fun every Saturday from July 12 to August 16 from 10:00am to 12:00pm.

7/19: Mammalogy (mammals)

8/2: Botany (plants)
8/9: Entomology (insects)
8/16: Herpetology (amphibians & reptiles)
All programs will be held at the Deer Creek picnic area near the main entrance. Sign up for one or all Saturdays. This program is free to the public with a Colorado State Parks Pass on all vehicles entering the park. A Daily Chatfield pass is $7.00 per vehicle.
