Free Karma Yoga Classes Sundays at Ya Ya Yoga

What:	Join Ya Ya Yoga for a FREE "Karma" yoga class every Sunday from 4:30 until 5:30 p.m. Each week will feature different yoga styles and teachers. It's a great way to learn about various yoga styles and find the one that best suits you! Yoga provides an invaluable mind/body connection that can help you to improve your health and fitness and reduce stress. According to the American Psychological Association, 75 to 90% of doctor visits are for stress related ailments and complaints. Medical studies have demonstrated that yoga reduces stress from the very first class. Practicing yoga also has been demonstrated to improve strength, flexibility, breathing, coordination and posture while also increasing concentration and focus. Join us and see just what yoga can do for you! Ya Ya Yoga is located just south of I-25 and Arapahoe Road in Greenwood Village. Turn south on Clinton Street and take a left just after 3 Magaritas. We're next to Salon Fabu.
