What:	One Thought at a Time - Spirituality, Recovery, Metaphysics Join Rev. Ras as he leads this exploration of spirituality and metaphysics along the path of recovery. He will share the benefits of living one thought at a time in the day-to-day re-discovering of our highest Self. • Explore the insights, courage and wisdom available to us as a result of facing the pain of addiction • Acquire the tools needed to make lemonade out of those lemon experiences Rev. Ras will share insights from his 25-year path of recovery and will encourage the class to share the wisdom from each person's soul journey. This workshop is open to all who have experienced addictions or have had the opportunity to support a friend or family member in their recovery.
