Author and illustrator Nancy Carlson has written more than 50 books cherished by children around the world. Now she's coming to Douglas County Libraries to celebrate Children's Book Week. Carlson will discuss her books, characters, and creative experiences, meet fans, and sign books at the Philip S. Miller Library (100 S. Wilcox St., Castle Rock), Saturday, May 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Plus - enjoy entertainment, arts & crafts, and face painting.
