The Highlands Ranch Community Association is hosting a Senior Health Day and Fitness Fair. The free event will be held at Southridge Recreation Center on July 11, from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm. The fair includes vendors to improve senior living and health and includes information, door prizes, demonstrations, lectures and refreshments.
