COMPLIMENTARY Office Party!

WHAT:

With the current state of the economy, companies are faced with some tough financial decisions this year. The annual office get together is in question for many small companies as budgets tighten. We want you to party like its 1999- ON US! Bosses can enter a submission for a chance to WIN AN OFFICE HOLIDAY PARTY with all the trimmings courtesy of the Loews Denver Hotel.

HOW:

Make us a video of why you think your office deserves to win a celebration this year. Here's what you will need to include:

PAST- What has your team done this year to deserve a holiday celebration?

PRESENT-Create a 3 minute video featuring the boss. Post your video to YouTube and send us the link!

YET TO COME- Judges will view all submissions and select and notify the winner by November 24 th, 2008.

FUTURE- The winning office will receive a vibrant, 4-diamond holiday office party including reception, bar and live entertainment this December, courtesy of the Loews Denver Hotel.

be sure to recognize your hard working employees.

Rules

-Only submissions from a top manager or owner will be accepted.

- Complete application must be submitted with YouTube link or DVD. All DVD must be labeled with company name and contact information. DVD's can be mailed to: Attn: Ms. Cindy Lew , Director of Marketing, Loews Denver Hotel, 4150 E. Mississippi Ave. Denver, CO 80246.

-Videos need to include: Name and Tile of Manger/Owner, Company Name, Location, Number of employees, Nature of Your Business and reason your company deserves to win.

-Videos must be no longer than 3 minutes in length or will be subject to disqualification.

- Party must be scheduled and held by 12/30/08, subject to hotel availability. Maximum size of party is 50 guests and will include food, drink tickets and live entertainment. No cash value, non transferable.

-Winners must agree to a video release to Loews Denver Hotel, for media and promotional purposes as a condition of the award of the prize.

-All submissions are postmarked or time stamped by November 21st, 2008 by 12:00 midnight for consideration.
