Cell tower owned by T-Mobile

There's a cell tower going up just north-east of Wildcat Reserve Parkway and Poston Parkway. Who is this owned by and what's the expected completion date?

I've heard it's owned by Alltel.

What you've heard is incorrect, Bill. According to Rod Delarosa, senior external affairs manager for T-Mobile, the cell tower you speak of, located just east of Poston Parkway/Timberchase Trail on Wildcat Reserve Parkway, is actually owned by T-Mobile.

Delarosa said the cell tower itself is now completed, as well as fencing around the electrical boxes. He said painting of the fence and further landscaping will not be completed until spring.
