Announcing new "connect the dots" game
Contributed by: Francis Miller on 4/5/2006

A new game better than cross-word puzzles or Sudoko -- The "Connect the Dots" Game

Fran Miller, esteemed inventor of the Connect the Dots Game is hereby made "Dot-Meister."

Here's how it works. Every week a list of between three to five 0 (dots) will be outlined. In some cases we will provide images to make them easier to understand. Your job is to determine how the dots relate in words no longer than a simple sentence.

Take my example of PERA's retirement plan. What is the connection between the following dots:

Dot #1--Manual High School
Dot #2--$12 Billion in Unfunded Liabilties
Dot #3--Mike Coffman, State Treasurer
Dot #4--Federa ERISA Laws
Dot #5--Our Children

Now, there is a relationship between all of the dots. You need to connect the dots and define what that relationship is. Then you need to sit back and say, What does all of this add up to? It is harder than you think, but if you are good at puzzles you will get it. We will provide you with an analysis each week so you can compare how good you were at connecting the dots.
