The HERO Alliance has received funds for downpayment assistance for first-time homebuyers with a disability looking to purchase in Douglas County. Both persons with a disability as well as a family with a child with a disability are eligible. These funds can be used in conjunction of other disability and downpayment assistance programs. Eligible participants need to meet all qualifying criteria.
