RESIDENTIAL FORECLOSURE BUS TOUR DETAILS ANNOUNCED FOR SOUTH DENVER

First Tour to Spotlight Foreclosure Opportunities in Highlands Ranch on May 10, 2008

The first Denver-area foreclosure bus tour which will aim to highlight residential foreclosure opportunities in Douglas County, begins with a tour of Highlands Ranch and Lone Tree home foreclosures and will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 10, 2008.

"This is an excellent opportunity for potential homebuyers and investors who are interested in purchasing foreclosure properties to see up to ten homes in several Highlands Ranch and Lone Tree neighborhoods in one afternoon," said Tricia Houston, the co-sponsor of the South Denver Foreclosure Bus Tour and a mortgage lender with The Mortgage Network.

The tour will feature several experienced real estate professionals who will be available to provide details on the properties and answer questions about the process of purchasing a home out of foreclosure, appraising the value of the property, financing the purchase and other related issues. The bus will spend approximately 20 to 30 minutes at each property allowing participants to view both the interior and exterior of each home.

According to the Colorado Division of Housing's 4 th Quarter Foreclosure Report there were39,915 foreclosure filings in Colorado in 2007 - up 40% from 2006. For additional details and to sign up for the May 10 th Highlands Ranch and Lone Tree Foreclosure Bus Tour, please go to www.SouthDenverForeclosureBusTours.com .

"The recent decline in home values in Douglas County has led to a buyers' market in many sought-after neighborhoods. With the increase in the number of bank-owned foreclosures, buyers willing to do a little due diligence can often purchase properties from the banks who now own the homes at below current market values", says Sylvia Blanchard of Prestige Realty Group and a co-sponsor of the South Denver Foreclosure Bus Tour.

Mrs. Houston added, "In many cases the banks that own these homes are extremely anxious to sell properties from their growing inventory and are willing to offer very favorable terms to potential buyers. Many buyers who have previously been on the sidelines of the housing market, for whatever reason, can view this opportunity as part of the business cycle and participate in the sale of homes that may now be more attainable than before."
