Jane Hay, ABR, CRS, GRI has been named Team Leader/Productivity Coach for the Highlands Ranch Market Center of Keller Williams Realty, 200 W. Plaza Dr.

Hay has been a top-producing Realtor for more than 15 years and joined Keller Williams in May of 2006. For the past year, she has served as the Assistant Team Leader for the Highlands Ranch Market Center. Hay also has implemented a very successful mentoring program for the office.

"In my new position, I look forward to working with both new and experienced agents to help them build their business," explains Hay. "We have developed a new program to assist veteran Realtors and I will continue with our mentoring program, too."

Hay is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtors Association, the Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Her community involvement has included volunteering with the Making Choices Program at the Denver Women's Correctional facility and Junior Achievement.
