Highlands Ranch Broker Jackie Garcia, known in real estate circles for her professional sports clientele and her high production numbers at Prestige Real Estate Group, has earned the coveted Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

According to the Institute, to earn the CLHMS designation, recipients demonstrate an expertise in luxury home/estate marketing through rigorous training that includes market analysis, the psychographics of consumer expectations, and specialized sales skills.

Garcia's Mile High Dream Team was already respected as one of the metro area's top producers when it moved its operations to Prestige's Highlands Ranch office last year. Prestige, founded as an independent nine years ago by a group of agents who left large, nationally franchised companies, now ranks among the nation's top 200 real estate companies.
