Mountain Vista High School invites you to their second annual Cow Patty Bingo which supports a safe, substance-free environment for after prom.

Three live cows will start 'plopping' on Saturday Jan. 26 at 1 p.m. The cows will be led onto a field that has been gridded off in one-yard by one-yard squares. Potential winners purchase deeds entitling them to temporary ownership of one square for each deed purchased.

When the first cow has 'plopped' on a square, the person owning that deed wins $2,500, the second cow plop earns the deed holder $2,000 and the final plop will earn the third dead owner $1,500. For any of these prizes, it's a lot of money!

Players do NOT need to be present to win. Deed prices are $10 each, six deeds for $50 or the Baker's Dozen Special of 13 for $100.

This is Mountain Vista's primary fundraising effort to provide a fun place for juniors and seniors to go after they have attended their prom. It is important to keep our kids safe and this is our way of doing so.

You can purchase deeds in several ways - at Fatburger located in Highlands Ranch Town Center, which is off of Highlands Ranch Parkway between Broadway and Lucent Boulevard, pick up an order form at the main office at Mountain Vista, attend a Mountain Vista event where tickets will be sold, or e-mail Cammy Unkrich, the fundraising chair at cowpattybingo@comcast.net and a form will be e-mailed to you and tickets will be delivered to your house.

The event will be held at Mountain Vista High School at 10585 Mountain Vista Ridge, in Highlands Ranch. Please help support our students and win along the way!

Thanks for sharing this, Cammy. I definitely encourage more high schools to post stories about their fundraisers on YourHub.com.
