Don't miss the 11th annual Ice Cream Social!

Looking for a way to beat the heat? Then visit the Metro District - Littleton Fire Rescue 11 th Annual Ice Cream Social for some cool treats and family fun. This favorite community event will be held Wednesday, July 16 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Civic Green Park, south of the Highlands Ranch Library. Admission is free and the event is open to the public. Free parking is available in the Highlands Ranch Town Center and in the RTD park-n-Ride.

At the event, pay $1 for all-you-can-eat ice cream and snow cones. Proceeds benefit the Highlands Ranch Veterans Monument, which will be built between Civic Green Park and the Highlands Ranch Library. The Ice Cream Social features cold treats and red-hot fire engines as well as a visit from the AirLife helicopter, food available for purchase from vendors on Green Ash Street, and music by the Highlands Ranch Concert Band. Karaoke will kick off the event and start promptly at 6 p.m., so come ready to sing! The Highlands Ranch Concert Band will sell soda, and bottled water will be available for purchase from the Highlands Ranch Lion's Club.
