A vigil to remember lost lives
Contributed by: Heather Gonzales-Dittenber on 10/27/2005

My husband and I hosted a vigil in remembrance of all the soldiers who have lost their lives in Iraq.  We had about 25 participants ranging from 19 months up to those too old to tell their age!!!  We read the names of the soldiers who had lost their lives that were from Colorado. It was very respectful, dignified and was a start at bringing our community together for a greater cause.
