Familiar with MeetUp.com? Then you know it's a marvelous venue for finding local like-minded individuals to meet with and discuss common topics or participate in various activities.
Some of those topics lean towards political activism, as is the case with these local MeetUp groups who support Ron Paul for President in the coming election. The City of Denver has two well-established Ron Paul 2008 groups (one is for the Metro area). Now, Highlands Ranch has its own Ron Paul 2008 MeetUp Group! Established on August 29th by Todd Chapple of Littleton, your new group provides an option for Highland Ranchers, and those who live just South of the Denver Metro area, to meet up and discuss ways to support Ron Paul for President in 2008.
If you are already a MeetUp.com member, just go to the Highlands Ranch Colorado Ron Paul 2008 MeetUp Group
page
, and click on the "Sign-in" link in the top right corner of the page. If not yet a MeetUp.com member, you can go to the same page, and click on the "Register" link next to the "Sign-in" link to register with MeetUp.com and sign up for your local Ron Paul 2008 MeetUp group simultaneously. Registering with MeetUp.com and signing up for this Ron Paul 2008 group are both FREE.
The first MeetUp date for the Highlands Ranch Colorado Ron Paul 2008 MeetUp Group will be held at 7 p.m. on September 15th, at Todd Chappel's residence. The address is posted on the Highlands Ranch Colorado Ron Paul 2008 MeetUp Group Site, and is available to all members. Once you register with MeetUp.com and join the group, you can provide an "rsvp" indicating whether you can attend the meeting.
Don't know who Ron Paul is? Check out his official presidential campaign
Website
, and some of his campaign
speeches
posted on YouTube.com. Ron Paul is currently a U.S. Republican
Congressman
representing Texas, but he's not a typical Republican, nor even a typical politician. This is most evident in his Congressional Voting
Record
.
If you know Ron Paul, and like him for President, then join your new Highlands Ranch Colorado Ron Paul 2008 MeetUp Group, and help get him elected!
