My family:Husband, Todd, and 2 wonderful children, Noah and Isabel

Education:Bachelors in Psychology, Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology

What I do: Enjoy life. Professional work - HR leadership with Western Union. Volunteer work - President of the Junior League of Denver and Highlands Ranch District Delegate

My favorite place in town to hang out:In a park with my family

What I like most about living here:Everything.Highlands Ranch is a strong community with excellent recreation facilities, historic parks, miles of trails and substantial community programs.

My interests and hobbies: Running, biking, hiking, reading and volunteering

My favorite thing to cook:I like to bake cookies with my kids

People who inspired me (and how):My parents - high integrity, determination, courage and positive attitudes. Eleanor Roosevelt - significant human rights achievements and inspirationalwords of wisdom.

How I have contributed to the community:By serving in a variety of nonprofit and socially responsible roles. Currently the President of the Junior League of Denver and Highlands Ranch District Delegate.

The biggest issues facing Highlands Ranch now:
- Vision, strategic plan and operating plan
- Fiscal responsibility
- Economic development and incorporation
- Strengthening relationships with community members, committee members, staffand community/county partners.

Why I am running: Passionate about our mission and committed to ensuring the success of this community. My objective is to work closely with all of the key stakeholders (staff, committee members, community partners) to strengthen relationships, build alignment and drive accountability, so that we continue to enjoy a high quality of life in Highlands Ranch.
