Quebec St. at C-470 improvements project
Contributed by: Douglas County on 2/12/2008

Douglas County, in partnership with the City of Lone Tree and the Park Meadows Metropolitan District, has hired Jalisco International Inc. to construct the proposed improvements associated with the Quebec Street at C-470 (Park Meadows Drive to County Line Road) project set to begin in early March 2008 and continue for approximately ten months.

This project will add a third northbound lane between Park Meadows Drive and County Line Road, a separated pedestrian bridge on the east side of Quebec, and complete the third southbound lane between the C-470 westbound exit ramp and Business Center Drive. Quebec Street will also be constructed from the C-470 bridge north to County Line Road and minor improvements will be made to both C-470 exit ramps.

All business access will remain open throughout the project. Alternate routes are advised for the duration of the project.

The Douglas County Public Works Department will oversee this project in partnership with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). Anyone having any questions regarding this project can contact Douglas County Engineer Keith Stefanik at 303.660.7490 or at kstefani@douglas.co.us.
