I was dragged away from my computer for a few minutes because my mom yelled upstairs that our dog Chelsea was loose...she was a little bit angry. Anyway, she got as far as the corner and dashed away from us when we tried to hook her on a leash. Giving up, we waked toward home to see if she would follow suit, and she actually did. My mom was all worked up, but so far she had completely avoided going in the street. Fortunately, a neighbor showed up who Chelsea didn't refuse - we had her hooked on the leash in no time! Of course it was a stressful time, but it's times like these that make life interesting, and we definitely are going to be more careful with our dog from now on!
