On April 5th, Ben Urbana a first grader at Heritage Elementary and a tiger scout in Cub Scout troop 620 of Highlands Ranch, placed first in the Arapahoe District Pinewood Derby race in the tiger scout division and second overall. When the race was all over Ben said, " We built a pretty cool car".
