I love my Rockies!!

Sincee before I can remember, I have been watching baseball with my dad. At a young age I would sit on the floor and cheer on my favorite team, the Colorado Rockies.

Occasionally asking my dad what color jerseys we were wearing this time, what the score was, and how the games works.

"What's a strike? How many outs are there? Who is batting now?"

Still, I watch these games with my dad. Every day we sit down together and we watch the games, and wecheer as though we werethere, and we smile and we laugh as though we were in the stands with the rest of the fans.

And when we are truly there, we truly bond. That's one thing me and my dad will always have in common. We love our Rockies!

Now, I go to as many games as I can. I push my parents to buy me season tickets, and pray that some day they will.

At games I am second to the mascot when it somes to team spirit. I've got the Rockies shirts, many Rockies hats, and true respect for the game.

I cheer every cheer and watch every play, just waiting for the Helton-Holliday line up to roll around again. Knowing, and praying that they hit a home run and get us one step towards victory.

I love the Rockies enough to spend hundreds of dollars on a World Series ticket, and trust me I tried. I would of killed to be in those stands with all of those excited fans, just cheering on my lifelong, most favorite baseball team, the Colorado Rockies.

I LOVE MY ROCKIES!!!
