Have you ever gotten up on New Year's Day and gone for a brisk resolution walk in the crisp Colorado air? "This will be my year", you think. For me it's always been this will be the year I lose that baby weight. Well, the baby is five now and the resolution usually drops off the to-do list by mid January. Want to be different this year and stick to your fitness resolution? Then you need to learn about a little thing called Boot Camp.
Boot Camp, while its roots reach back thousands of years ago to the Roman Empire, is a fairly new concept in the fitness arena. They are popular because they are fun and they yield rapid and noticeable results. The hardest part is actually joining due to the fact that most people are intimidated by them. When you hear the words "Boot Camp", it might conjure the image of an officer spraying your face with inspirational spittle as he screams for you to "Drop and gimme 50!" If this was how fitness boot camps were actually run, they would not be as intensely popular as they are. They are fun and fast paced. They don't require a lot of equipment and are a good financial option when compared to the rates of a personal trainer.
Well, The Extreme Fitness Experience Boot Camp for Women is meant to be inspiring, not intimidating. It is designed to provide a balanced workout program, based on the three main cornerstones of fitness: Cardiovascular Training, Resistance Training, and Flexibility Training. The program incorporates a variety of workouts including circuit training, plyometrics, Pilates-based training, kickboxing, running/jogging, etc. Add together the support, motivation, excitement, camaraderie and combine that with body changing results and you've got yourself The Extreme Fitness Boot Camp Experience for Women. The fast pace and variety will keep you coming back for more. You absolutely will not get bored! Nor will you be spit on or screamed at, rather encouraged and supported on your fitness journey.
