Highlands Ranch Bulldogs win world series

Yes there is a World Series in July! The 9-Year Old Highlands Ranch Bulldogs won the Majors' Division of the AYL World Series on Tuesday July 8. The Bulldogs were led by a dominate, complete game pitching performance from Noah Beck. The team played great behind Noah, putting together a great team effort. The Bulldogs also overcame two injuries down the stretch and came together to play great team baseball. The team peaked at the right time, winning the Liberty Blast Tournament two weeks ago and finishing 3rd in the State Tournament, losing to the eventual State Champion. The Bulldogs had a great season, that included a trip to Omaha for a tournament and the College World Series. The team wanted to thank their parents, coaches, fans and sponsors for a great year.
