Douglas County History Book Makes a Great Gift

Looking for the perfect gift and an opportunity to benefit your community? Give your friends and family a glimpse of home this year with the Castle Rock Writers' book, Douglas County, Colorado: A Photographic Journey.

The book was financed by the Douglas County Libraries Foundation and a generous donation from Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway. It features hundreds of vintage photographs, many in print for the first time, and timeless stories from across the county.

The unique chronicle is available for $14.95 (plus tax) at any Douglas County Library, and all proceeds return to the Douglas County Libraries Foundation for future community projects. For more information, visit DouglasCountyLibraries.org or call 303-791-READ.
