Vaccinations To Be Offered

What:	The Colorado Flu Shot Company, owned by Ken-Caryl Ranch resident Lisa Krowl, RN BSN, will be providing Meningitis, Hepatitis "A" Tetnus/Pertussis (Whooping Cough) and HPV vaccinations at the Ken Caryl Ranch House. The Meningitis vaccine lasts for 8 years. It is now for anyone 11-55 years old, but is especially recommended for college students by the Center for Disease Control, the American Academy of Pediatrics as well as Colleges. It is typically not available at doctors' offices, but check with your physician. Parental consent is required for students under 18 years of age. Consent forms are available in advance if needed at the Ranch House or Community Center. To register for a clinic, call 303-932-8989. Sign up now to make sure you are ready when college begins. Call Lisa for addition clinics if you cannot make this one. Date: Sunday, July 22, 2007 at the Ranch House Time: 1:00pm to 4:00pm Cost: Meningitis Vaccine: $110.00 Hepatitis "A" Vaccine: $40.00 Tetnus/Pertussis Vaccine: $50.00 HPV $160.00 (females ages 11-26) Payable by cash or check to the Colorado Flu Shot Company. Receipts are available for insurance reimbursement.
