Ballot Issue 2A

SHALL THE CITY OF LITTLETON, COLORADO, WITHOUT CREATING ANY NEW TAX OR INCREASING ANY CURRENT TAXES, BE PERMITTED, IN 2006 AND EACH SUBSEQUENT YEAR THEREAFTER, TO RETAIN AND SPEND ALL TAXES, GRANTS AND OTHER REVENUES IN EXCESS OF THE SPENDING, REVENUE RAISING, OR OTHER LIMITS IN ARTICLE X, SECTION 20 OF THE COLORADO CONSTITUTION?
