Dear YourHub.com,
I am writing a cease-and-desist letter on behalf of Karin Malchow, of Lone Tree, Colo., to prevent publication of the following photographs under the banner of "Megastar Pose," unless the following statements are included:
1. These photographs are stills from Ms. Malchow's soon-to-be-released cinematic effort titled
Blue Velvet Man Group, inspired by, but not officially affiliated with, director/Eagle Scout David Lynch. This film continues exploring the "dark underbelly of everyday life" theme, but ventures into Suburbia.
2. Ms. Malchow is not currently addicted to drugs, either legal or illegal.
3. Ms. Malchow has actively campaigned against drug usage, evidenced by letters exchanged with President Nixon in the early '70s.
a. See
National Archive Press Release, dated 11/9/2005, paragraph 8, regarding the release of aforementioned letters.
b. Please note: Ms. Malchow had no relationship, personal or professional, to other individuals whose name files were released from the National Archives at that time, particularly William Rehnquist and Nelson Rockefeller.
4. Ms. Malchow does not have a gambling problem, although she visits Las Vegas frequently and was once a resident. She only goes to see the shows, ideally Blue Man Group.
While we would be delighted for you to promote Ms. Malchow's latest edgy, artistic endeavor, if you do not abide by these conditions (to wit, publish said photographs with the accompanying text,) expect further legal action.
Sincerely,
Howard Z. Stern, Esquire
