Description:
Starting September 8th, share stories, songs, fingerplays, and other activitiesand help your child develop the skills necessary to be a successful learner at school. Story times include:
Book Babies, Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. (for babies, birth to first walkers, and their parents/caregivers). This is an opportunity to discover the joy of sharing books with your baby, learn songs and rhymes that you can enjoy together, and meet other babies and their grown-ups! As this is a one-on-one story time, we are not able to include siblings in this program. Please make alternative childcare arrangements for older siblings.
Mother Goose Story Time, Mondays at 10:15 a.m., repeated at 11:00 a.m. (for toddlers, active walkers.-3rd birthday). A lap-sit story time especially for toddlers and their parents or caregivers, featuring short books, fingerplays, rhymes, and songs. Adults are active participants in this story time, so come prepared to join in. Siblings are welcome.
Preschool Story Time, Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. (for ages 3, 4, and 5). An interactive story time for preschoolers and their parents/caregivers. Stories, songs, rhymes, and fun. Younger siblings are welcome.
Twilight Tales Family Story Time, Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. (for parents and kids of all ages). Stories, songs, and a bedtime snack. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Wear your PJs and bring your teddy bear if you wish!
