On Saturday, January 10 all levels of participants, from elite runners to casual strollers,enjoyed the annual Lafayette Recreation Quicker Quaker 5K event. This year's race, which is a Bolder Boulder qualifier, attracted 1240 racers. Peter Remien of Boulder was the first male to cross the finish line in 15:42 while Fiona Docherty of Boulder was the top female finalist with a time of 17:55

Hundreds of attendees visited the Health Fair held at the Bob Burger Recreation Center to partake in various health screenings, children's activities, information booths, and much more!
