We all remember milestone moments in history. Up until recently, these stories have broken on one of the traditional networks sources like AP.

But the death of Michael Jackson was first reportedled by an online news site called TMZ.com.

The traditional news outlets ignored it until they could "confirm" the news.

Look for the Internet to continue to grow as the source of "You heard it here first."

The accuracy of online news sources worries me. Sociological experiments prove that we base "News" on heresay and wikipedia. A scary prospect. Your view is an honest look at what I think is a scary development.
