Blog Entry 72 of 154 Computing and you!
What's going on in computing, why it's important to master the productivity software on your computer and how to harness the power your computer provides you at work and in your home.

Don't let your old PC just sit there.

We have a corporate blog where several of the Video Professor team post thoughts and comments about computing.

One post caught my attention. It's about what people do with their old PC's when they get a new one.

Some of you recycle which is great. But a lot of old PC's just sit in the basement or closet. And sit.

Some folks are finding useful ways to put their old PC's back to work. More than a few families keep it in the kitchen. It's full of recipes, everything indexed on an old Excel spreadsheet.

And if you have young kids, some of the games still onboard are fun for them to play and a great way to introduce them to computing.

So recycle, or reuse. But don't let that old PC just sit.
