What's going on in computing, why it's important to master the productivity software on your computer and how to harness the power your computer provides you at work and in your home.

Dell's Colorful Comeback
Contributed by: John Scherer   on 8/15/2008

Dell Computers is adding a little color, along with innovation, to its redesigned Latitude Laptop machine.

Some writers (including me in the title) describe it as a comeback, but in reality, Dell never went away in the first place.

Dell Customers will have a rainbow of colors to choose from along with a slim design that weighs in at just over two pounds. And the machine comes with an ARM-based chip rather than Intel Processors. It will also have enhanced security features.

Dell is very clear about their target audience. Gen-y'ers who have grown up with computers, are active social networkers and bloggers and simply expect power and performance in a compact package. For business, home and on-the-go.

It's obvious Dell is responding to the market place. Good for them.

And just in case you need any help with the software on board, let us know!
