Kodachrome fades away into the sunset.
Contributed by: John Scherer   on 10/1/2008

One of my staff just passed on this interesting article by Associated Press writer Ben Dobbin about the eminent demise of the legendary Kodachrome film. It's been used to capture the most beautiful and memorable images of our times.

Do you even remember the last time you bought film? The digital revolution has changed the way we shoot and edit pictures.

The real plus is you can simply delete the duds, keep the good ones and fix or enhance those in between with programs like Adobe Photoshop. We can even teach you about ithere at Video Professor.

Dobbin writes that Kodachrome could fade away by next year. Many photographers are stocking up on what's left. But digital photography is here to stay.
