Don't Get Ripped Off on Your Next Copier!
In this blog I will be doing much of the same that I do with my own blog, but here so that Denver Post readers who have not found my site online can receive the benefits of a copier sales reps teaching the general public tips and tricks to get the best deal out there!

Secrets to Save money on Your Next Copier Purchase in Denver - Tip 1

It is time for you to consider buying your next copier and you are dreading the process. This quick little article is for you!I am going to go over the tricks your copier rep will never tell you to help you save as much as possible. You may hear one of these tips from a rep, but no one will share all3 in such a simple manner!Let's get to it.Use my 7+ years in the printer and copier industry to save thousands of dollars!!

Tip1 - Pay Attention to the Base Rates and Minimum Page Counts

A copier rep in general won't make money hand over fist on the equipment (though they can), most of a copier rep's salary is on the residual prints. When you are signing up for a copier contract and you know you only do about 3,000 prints a month and then the copier rep includes 5,000 prints so you never go over it is because he/she will build this into the contract and this contract is more profitable with 5,000 prints than a more logical number like 2,500 (so you don't pay for prints you don't use.)If your rep is trying to offer double the prints, ask how much it would cost per month if you used the actual number of prints included in the contract rather than their inflated number. Why do they do this?Copier sales is hard.If they can do this with each sale, they can sell half the equipment and make a living.
