Anjali Restorative Yoga is a beautiful deeply restful healing practice. While listening to soothing music, guided meditation and visualization you the practitioner are held and supported by blankets and bolsters. This is a practice that will affect you mind, your body, and spirit. By resting deeply the body engages it's natural ability to heal and rest. This is a great class for those who need to destress and relax . Treat yourself !

Price: $12.00 per class or buy coupon book and get 5 classes for $50.00
