ATA Black Belt Academy is now 19 years old

The ATA Black Belt Academy of Lakewood has just celebrated 19 years serving the youth and families of Lakewood and South Jefferson County.

Chief Instructor and owner, Master Corina Black is humbled to have taught, through hard work, sweat and an awesome staff 19 years in Lakewood. It is mindblowing that we opened our doors in September of 1990. So many changes have happened the area, so many life-changing world events, yet when the next young student enters the door, it's like starting all over again with new hopes, dreams and goals for the next generation.

Check out all we have to offer at www.atataekwondo.com.

Special event this Sunday, October 11, 2009, Master Black is hosting a SHARP (Sexual, Harassment, Assault and Rape Prevention Seminar) to youths and some parents in the Green Mountain area (in response to the alleged rape that occurred over the summer) in the area. If anyone would like to attend this very worthwhile seminar, contact our school asap at 303-985-1815.
