There is a restaurant at the NW corner of Alameda Parkway and Alkire Street in Lakewood called the Mountain View Cafe. I am wondering if the previous owners (I only know one first name: Georgia), after selling a couple of years ago, decided to open another restaurant and, if so, where? We certainly enjoyed their cooking!

If you're worried that you'd never taste that same cooking again, Mary, do not fear. Georgia Grivas, the former owner of the Mountain View Cafe, sold that restaurant in 2003 and bought Hart's Corner Bar & Restaurant in Lakewood. She says Hart's Corner is more of a bar than a restaurant, but they serve a good mix of American and Mexican food.

Hart's Corner is located at 5201 W. Mississippi Ave., on the northwest corner of West Mississippi Avenue and South Sheridan Boulevard. For more information, call 303-937-3750.
