Bear Valley Counseling Center is at home in a new location on Green Mountain.Things have been flying fast the past few weeks as the paint dried, furniture was arranged, and technology installed. Now the lights are on and we are home!
In order to introduce the Center to the Green Mountain community, we have scheduled an
Open House for Sunday, June 7 from 1 to 3pm. You can help welcome us at our event that kicks off at 1pm with popular percussion band,
Crewton. Crewton has banged their drums at high-profile venues around the city, including Elitch Gardens and the Pepsi Center.
Guests will enjoy a ribbon-cutting ceremony, refreshments, gifts, tours and activities,and the special introduction of our therapy dog-in-training,
Chester. Chester, an 11 week old Australian Shepherd, is just entering puppy kindergarten, but after a year of extensive training, will become a certified therapy dog.
Counselors will be on hand to help answer questions about our services. Bear Valley Counseling Center is a non-profit organization that offers affordable, professional counseling with reduced rates for those who qualify.
The new office is located in the upper level of the Faith Mountain Building at 12344 W. Alameda Parkway at W. Center Dr. behind US Bank. Click
